Bansko Bulgaria

Bansko is known as the origin of the Bulgarian renaissance movement. The Bansko area is renowned for its mineral waters, transforming the resort into a desirable spa destination. In the summer season, the roads and ski trails can also serve as paths for mountain biking. Bansko is located within the boundaries of the Pirin National Park, making it a suitable location for both winter and summer tourism. Since 1983, the park has been under the protection of UNESCO.
